At Rosabella The Label, your satisfaction is our priority. If a piece does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, we will refund your purchase, including original shipping costs, within five working days. Kindly note that return shipping costs are at your expense.
Easy returns in 4 steps:
Step 1 Contact us
Email us at Info@rosabellathelabel.com and indicate why you would like to return the product.
Step 2 Fill in the return form
We will send you a return form by email. Please complete this form in full and include it with the product you wish to return.
Step 3 Send your order back
Ship the items together with the completed return form to the address stated on the return form. Add a Track & Trace code to your package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment – this way we avoid misunderstandings.
Step 4 Receive your refund
As soon as we have received and checked the package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within five working days.
